Jorg Mardian Jorg is a Certified Personal Trainer, Kinesiology Specialist and Registered Nutritionist with a thriving practice in sunny Osoyoos, British Columbia. He has many years experience in functional, post rehab and sports specific exercise for lean muscle gain, weight loss, and injury rehabilitation.

His background is in competitive powerlifting and amateur wrestling. This, along with his current practice, has led him to devote his time to teaching and motivating people to experience the benefits of a healthy lifestyle based on whole foods and functional fitness.

Jorg's desire is to zealously promote total health from all perspectives of wellness, and to as wide an audience as possible.
