Creating your own diet plan

Not all so-called ‘healthy’ foods may be healthy for your body. The result maybe weight gain, low-grade inflammation and premature aging.

Tired of dieting? Good! Because it doesn’t work. Calories mean nothing. All that matters is how food interacts with your chemistry. The Plan is a method of teaching you which healthy foods are causing chronic low-grade inflammation — the reason behind “unexplained” weight gain, illness and premature aging. Aging itself is an inflammatory process and that’s why the foods that worked for you in your 20’s might not be working for you in your 30’s and beyond. Even oatmeal. salmon, green beans, cauliflower and egg whites can be the trigger to ill health and obesity.

Lyn-Genet Recitas has been practicing yoga and working in the health field for over 30 years, and has been working on The Plan since 2007 — helping thousands of people and integrating the latest research on inflammation, allergies and digestive disorders. Along with her team, Lyn-Genet has helped clients achieve long-term improvements in health, weight and vitality. Through The Plan, clients learn how their bodies react chemically to different foods and how they can improve their overall health and vitality.

The Plan helps determine what each person’s body can and can’t metabolize, which in turn takes the mystery out of eating. Many people are well aware that they can’t eat chocolate cake for every meal and expect to lose weight. The real question is: What happens when the foods you think are healthy for you are actually making you gain weight?

They have tried for years to eat healthfully on their own, but still find themselves at a standstill, unable to lose weight and lacking the energy they should have. The shocking truth is that many of their restricted eating habits put them at long-term risk for chronic health disorders such as osteoporosis, diabetes, chronic digestive issues and cancer.
