CONTEST OVER! Thanks to everyone for entering!

We at OptiMYz want to know what song gets you going! Simply tell us what your favourite workout song is and why and you will be entered for a chance to win brand new MX 680 Sport headphones from Sennheiser (Value approx $80).

The Winner is:

James McMillin (via Email): My all time favourite workout tunes are from U2, the entire 18 single CD is great, a good variety of tunes with different paces for different part of my work out. My #1 of those is “Beautiful Day”, it’s also the first track on the album and sets me up for the rest of the music that is coming. Every time I hear it I can envision myself standing on a beach waiting for a Triathlon to start….. then “bang” your off, and moving through the race. Listen to the lyrics as well, great music.
