Denise Swan is that rare professional who is a talented designer with excellent leadership and organizational skills. Early in her career, she worked in Toronto as a senior designer on campaigns for major brands like Coca-Cola and Nestlé Canada. Since relocating to Atlantic Canada, she has shaped and refined the design of HUM@Nmedia Inc. print and digital products. She is passionate about women’s issues and human rights. In her spare time, she kayaks, swims, and goes to the gym. She is also an avid reader and enjoys staying up to date on social trends.
Lisa Greenbaum, certified E-RYT 500, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, has worked with countless individuals inside and outside of her practice. She uses Yoga to release stored trauma, find ease from chronic pain and tension, and develop a deeper connection to Self. She is the founder of Lisa Greenbaum Yoga + Wellness, a Yoga education school specializing in Yoga for trauma and mental well-being. Yasmin Missaghian is a freelance writer and editor from Ottawa, Ontario. She has a diploma in writing and publishing from Okanagan College and is finishing her English degree at Carleton University. She has written many articles for OptiMYz and its sister magazine, SILVER, and has poetry published in anthologies. She is passionate about mental health, diversity, and empowering women.
Nichelle Laus is a mom of four, a fitness expert, an on-air TV fitness personality, and an eight-time fitness cover model. Nichelle has changed thousands of women’s lives as a transformation specialist with her online training programs. She’s also a former police officer.
Jodi Barrett is an entrepreneur who has grown her brand from driveway workouts to a flagship location, an online training platform, and global fitness retreats. She is driven, motivated, and values integrity. Her aspirations lead her to continually push the envelope!
Jess Clerke is a Confidence Coach and Podcaster who is passionate about encouraging women to speak their truth and live a truly aligned life. Through her own self-discover journey with the Year of Confidence, she was able to find her confident self and how to show up in the world authentically. She’s here to help you do the same!

Nadine Larche, born and raised in Moncton, NB, is the mother of three and is a community pillar, who organized the Three Fathers Memorial Run to honour her late husband and two other RCMP members. She’s a resilient and inspiring volunteer with an MBA and a passion for recreation and mental health.
