It can be used as part of an Escalating Density Training (EDT) workout, which allows for more efficient strength training by keeping your heart rate elevated during a shorter time period.
Rather than sets, EDT uses time to ensure maximum push during a single exercise.
BENT OVER ROW
15 REPS | 5 MIN (BEGINNER); 10 MIN (INTERMEDIATE); 15 MIN (ADVANCED)
A: Slight bend in legs, bend at hips, with dumbbells at rest.
B: Bring dumbbells into row position to chest and back to rest. Repeat for appropriate time for fitness level.
