Easy vegan cheese recipe

This creamy sauce uses nutritional yeast for its cheesy flavour while being completely dairy-free. It can be added to many different dishes for a tasty zest or combined with other sauces to create an entirely new blend.

INGREDIENTS
MAKES 1½ C | PREP 15 MINS
Nutritional value (per 1 Tbsp serving): Calories 100; Fat 10g; Carbohydrates 2g; Protein 2g

» 2 C Brazil nuts
» 4 Tbsp nutritional yeast
» Juice of ½ lemon
» 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
» 4 Tbsp olive oil
» ½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
» ¼ tsp salt
» ¼ tsp pepper
» Water as needed

TO PREPARE
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to combine. If the mixture is too dry, add water a table-spoon at a time until the mixture forms desired consistency.
