» 1 ripe avocado
» 2 Tbsp organic cocoa
» 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
Pit and scoop out the avocado flesh and place in a bowl. Add cocoa and your choice of sweetener. Mash with a potato masher until smooth.
