Get a dose of healthy fat, satisfy a chocolate craving, and impress your friends with this simple avocado chocolate pudding recipe. It’s also a safe and quick project to get young kids in the kitchen.

» 1 ripe avocado
» 2 Tbsp organic cocoa
» 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey

Pit and scoop out the avocado flesh and place in a bowl. Add cocoa and your choice of sweetener. Mash with a potato masher until smooth.

TIP: You can use a mini-blender to get an even consistency.
