Many commercial protein bars contain additives you don’t need—including a lot of sugar. These are just the basics, but they are healthy and filling—what you really need.

»8 scoops whey (any flavour you prefer)
»3 cups oats
»1 package sugar-free, fat-free pudding
»2 cups skim milk

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and spread in the bottom of a pan. Place in the fridge overnight and cut into 8 individual squares the next morning. These are great snacks for before or after exercise.
