These delicious no-bake gingerbread balls are guilt-free and will delight your palate with their traditional gingerbread flavour. Although they can be made at any time of year, these treats are bound to be a hit at any upcoming holiday dinner party!

Nutritional value (per serving): Calories 91; Protein 4.5g; Carbohydrates 17g; Fat 0.25
(The numbers will alter depending on the protein powder you choose)
– 1 tsp ground ginger
– 1 tsp nutmeg
– 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
– 1 tsp all spice
– ¼ cup vanilla or gingerbread protein powder (or other flavour of your choice)
– 1 cup dried pitted dates
In a blender or food processor, blend the dates. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Fold the dates into the dry ingredients. Teaspoon out the mixture and roll into small balls. Lightly roll in Splenda or a sweetener or your choice. Enjoy!
